Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through UNMYUNG ("we", "our", "the Service"). Transactions are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, applicable taxes, and approved refund processing.
1. Free Features
The core Four Pillars reading and daily fortune features are provided free of charge. No payment is required, and no refund policy applies.
2. Digital Content & Immediate Delivery Waiver
Our Cookie Membership and unlocked readings are digital services delivered immediately after payment or Cookie confirmation. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
- The digital content or service begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
- You waive your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(m)) and equivalent regulations in the UK and other jurisdictions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- This waiver does not affect your statutory rights in cases of faulty or misdescribed services.
3. Cookies and One-Time Cookie Packs
Cookies are virtual tokens used within UNMYUNG:
- One-time Cookie Packs do not start a subscription and may be purchased by free or membership accounts.
- Cookies spent to unlock a successfully delivered reading are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the service failed.
- Unused Cookies remain in the account after membership cancellation.
- If no Cookies from a payment have been used, you may request a refund review within 14 days by contacting us at jgim76298@gmail.com.
4. Monthly Cookie Membership
For the monthly Cookie Membership:
- Each successful monthly payment grants 35 Cookies.
- You may cancel using the Creem customer portal from your receipt or by contacting support.
- Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not remove unused Cookies already in your wallet.
- Refund eligibility depends on Cookie usage, service delivery, Creem's process, and applicable consumer law.
5. Technical Failures
If a verified technical failure on our part prevents you from accessing paid content or completing a session, contact us within 14 days and we will issue a full refund or credit at our discretion.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email jgim76298@gmail.com with:
- Your order ID or email address used at purchase
- The reason for your request
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Creem, and arrival time depends on the original payment method.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage contacting us before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback for a valid charge may result in account suspension. If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please email us first — we resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
8. Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Creem's own terms and refund procedures may also apply.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
