Refund Policy

Immediate delivery

Paid readings are generated and made available immediately after payment is verified. Before purchase, you will see the product, price, currency, and a summary of what is included. Where required by law, we will also ask for your express consent to immediate digital delivery and your acknowledgement that a cancellation or withdrawal right may be lost once delivery begins.

When a refund or remedy may be available

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• A payment was made without your authorization, subject to reasonable verification.
• Payment was captured but the purchased reading was not delivered or accessible.
• The delivered reading has a material technical defect and we cannot correct or re-deliver it within a reasonable time.
• Applicable consumer law requires a refund, price reduction, repair, or other remedy.

When a refund is normally unavailable

After personalized digital content has been generated and delivery has begun with any consent required by law, we normally do not refund for a change of mind, dislike of an interpretation, disagreement with a Saju tradition, or inaccurate information entered by the customer. This rule does not limit rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live.

How to request help or a refund

Email jgim76298@gmail.com with the purchaser email, order or transaction reference, purchase date and amount, and a short description of the problem. Do not send your full card number or card security code. We may ask for additional information needed to verify the order or investigate the issue.

Refund processing and access

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Your payment provider or bank controls how long the credit takes to appear. When a refund, reversal, or chargeback is verified, access to the associated paid reading ends immediately. There is no fee to ask Unmyung to review a refund request.

Local consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or reduces mandatory consumer rights or remedies that apply in your country. If this policy conflicts with a non-waivable legal right, that legal right controls.
